Natalie Yap (she/her) is a writer born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a storyteller, she is preoccupied with examining the themes of inheritance, family, and identity through a Malaysian-Chinese lens.Her writing has been featured or is forthcoming in venues such as Porter House Review, The Cincinnati Review, and elsewhere. Right now, she is slowly but surely working on a novel and a collection of short stories.
